Jackson Administrative Offices Temporary Closure

The City of Jackson administrative offices will be undergoing interior construction for the next few months.  The work begins in June and is expected to be complete in September.

During construction, City Hall administrative offices will be temporarily relocated to the adjacent Civic Center, located at 33 Broadway, Jackson.  On June 2nd and 3rd, City Hall will be closed to accommodate office relocation.  During the two-day office closure, accesses to phone, emails and website, will be very limited.   Online utility billing and non-emergency building services will not be available.  Payments can be dropped off at the drop box outside of City Hall.  Emergency services, including police, fire, public works, will not be interrupted during the closure.

All normal operation will begin to resume on Monday, June 6th, at Civic Center.  It is anticipated that public access to the Civic Center will be limited on June 6th and a few days after.

From June to September City Council meetings are tentatively scheduled to take place at Amador County Board of Supervisors chamber located at 810 Court Street, Jackson.   Jackson City Council meets regularly on the 2nd and the 4th Mondays at 7 pm.
